I am writing to tell you about the special project that I have been working on this past year. As you’ve probably guessed by now, YES, it has to do with OLIVES.

Xodar is a union between my roots, Spain, and the United States, where I was born and raised.  We all need the basics--and nothing is more essential than olive oil... (except maybe water)
